Allison Williams

Allison Howell Williams (born April 13th 1987) was an American actress and producer. For her work in horror movies and television, she was deemed a horror queen by the media. The first time she was recognized for her work was playing Marnie Michaels on the HBO comedy-drama show Girls (2012-2017), which earned her a Critics' Choice Award nomination. In 2017, she was nominated for both the MTV Movie Awards as well as the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Her performance in Get Out, starring Rose Armitage was a major breakthrough for her. Williams went on to appear in the horror films The Perfection (2018) and M3GAN (2022) which was the second in which she was also co-produced. Williams was lived in New Canaan, Connecticut, her parents were the former NBC Nightly News anchor and managing editor Brian Williams and TV producer Jane Gillan Stoddard. She also has an older brother. Williams has attended Greenwich Academy and New Canaan Country School. Later, she majored in English as a student at Yale University. She was an active member of Morse College as well as the St. Elmo Secret Society. Williams also worked at a Ralph Lauren Outlet Store in New Canaan. She also was part of the comedy group Just Add Water, for four seasons and appeared for the YouTube series College Musical. Sam Tsui was featured in the project in which Kurt Hugo Schneider directed.
